     Travelers from Ivory Coast

    Procedures for travelers departing from Abidjan

    • The Domestic Traveler

    If you are a passenger on domestic flights (flights to the interior of Côte d'Ivoire), you are not subject to the air travel declaration (DDVA) or the COVID-screening test. 19.

     

    • The International Traveler

    If you are a traveler departing from Abidjan, you must before your departure abroad:

     

  • MAKE THE DISPLACEMENT DECLARATION

    Make your travel declaration on https://deplacement-aerien.gouv.ci/ preferably 3 days before your trip and pay online your declaration and your COVID-19 PCR test with Orange Money, Moov Money, MTN Mobile Money, Visa , Mastercard, Yup, EcobankPay.

    The Amount to be paid is 25,000 FCFA (38.11 €)

    - The declaration is compulsory for all passengers from 03 years old

    - The COVID-19 PCR test only concerns travelers from 12 years old.

     

    - Travelers who are under 12 years of age who do not take a COVID-19 test only pay their declaration in the amount of 2,000 FCFA (€ 3.04)

     

       •  PRINT YOUR RECEIPT AND DECLARATION

    Print your declaration form and payment receipt. You will receive a copy of these documents in the mailbox indicated during the declaration.

    •    THE COVID-19 TEST

    Go to a sampling center (for the traveler who is doing a Covid-19 PCR Test) with the payment receipt and the declaration to take their sample. The result of the COVID-19 PCR test will be communicated to you within 48 hours maximum.

    When the test is negative, the certificate is available online at https://attestationcovid.ci

     

    The air travel declaration form (DDVA) and the negative COVID-19 certificate will be requested from you before you embark on the day of travel

    Passengers are invited to find out about the validity periods of the COVID-19 certificate in force in the countries of destination from travel companies / agencies.

     

  • Procedure for travelers to Abidjan

Take your COVID-19 PCR test before traveling.

The traveler must do their COVID-19 PCR screening test in the country where they are located. The test result will be requested upon boarding. Only travelers with negative results less than 3 days old are allowed to travel.
