The discussions focused on all bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them at all levels.

H.E. Mr. Adom Kaku León, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Ivorian’s Abroad, met H.E. Mr. Mubarak Bin Hussain Al Marri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Côte d'Ivoire. During the meeting, they exchanged views on a number of issues of common interest.

H.E. Mr. Mubarak Hussein AL-MARRI, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Côte d'Ivoire, participated in the opening ceremony of the 18th Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, in the presence of a delegation from the Shura Council of the State of Qatar headed by the Honorable Saad Ahmed AL-MESNED, accompanied by the Honorable Khalid Abbas AL-EMADI.

H.E. Mubarak bin Hussein Al Marri, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar, participated in the first meeting of the Arab Group Ambassadors with the European Union Ambassadors at the residence of the European Union Ambassador. The discussions focused on the political developments in Côte d'Ivoire and a number of issues of common interest.

At the invitation of H.E. Akinwumi Adesina, President of the African Development Bank Group, H.E. Mubarak bin Hussein Al Marri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar, participated in the annual luncheon in honor of the embassies of the bank's member states accredited to Côte d'Ivoire.

His Excellency General Vagondo Diomandé, Minister of Interior and Security of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, met with His Excellency Mr. Mubarak Hussein Al Marri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Côte d'Ivoire. The two sides exchanged views on ways to strengthen relations in the security field between the two countries. They also discussed a number of issues of mutual interest.

His Excellency Ambassador Mubarak Bin Hussein Al-Marri chaired a meeting of the Ambassadors of the GCC countries held at the embassy of the State of Qatar in Abidjan, in the presence of His Excellency Ali ben Youssef Al Nuaimi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, and His Excellency Saad bin Bakhit Al Qathami, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, the cooperation relations were reviewed in addition to discussing a number of issues of common interest in a way that serves the common interests and objectives of the Council's countries.

As part of a courtesy visit, His Excellency Mr. Eugène Aouélé Aka, President of the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council, met with His Excellency Mr. Mubarak Bin Hussein Al-Marri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Côte d'Ivoire. On this occasion, the two sides exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest.
